This QQI Level 8 accredited module is an introduction to the building-blocks of innovation management for organisations in the process of managing change. It looks at the nature of change and innovation and explores the innovative change management process from start to finish.

The module covers topics such as: sources of new ideas, effective selection and portfolio processes, and the challenge of implementation. These processes operate in a context defined through the interaction of people, technology and organisational goals, or more concisely, the innovation strategy of the company.

Who would benefit from undertaking this course?

The course, delivered at the DFI Head Office in Dublin, is aimed at CEOs, Administrators, Chairpersons and other interested Board Members of Community and Voluntary Organisations starting on Saturday the 05th October 2019.

Aims: Whereas ‘change’ only improves on the ability to satisfy a need which already has a solution, ‘innovative change’ will answer an unsatisfied need which did not hitherto have a known solution.
