SOLA QQI Level 8 Course - Quality Management

This QQI Level 8 accredited course is an introduction to Quality Management. The course was developed in response to the increasing need for accountability, growing demand for evidence of quality in both services and management.

The module covers topics such as: Product vs service, policies, standards, Six Sigma, Lean Thinking, Benchmarking, Audit preparation, Quality Tools, Supply Chain, costs and problem solving, implementation, self-assessment.

Please note that applications received before the 14 December 2020, will be run under the'July Stimulus Package' which provides for 90% or 100% funding depending on your employment status. Those in employment will pay €95 for this course.
