AT Passport Project: Evaluator Role Required

Role Title: Developmental Evaluator of Assistive Technology Passport Project

Project Background: The purpose of this role is to carry out a developmental evaluation of an AT Passport Project, funded by the HSE CREATE 2021 Grant programme. The HSE Corporate Plan 2021-2024 identifies Technology and eHealth as one of the key enablers of reform in the HSE. The overall aim of AT Passport project is to develop and pilot a prototype AT Passport (web portal and app) across five participating partner organisations: Enable Ireland, the Disability Federation of Ireland, St. John of God Community Services, MS Ireland and Headway Ireland.
