Call for tender

DFI is inviting tender submissions to carry out a 10-week review of its Health and Social Care Programme. The review will assess how effectively the programme supports DFI members, strengthens collaboration across the disability sector, and influences national policy and service design.

The project aims to identify what is working well, what can be improved, and how DFI can better use its capacity and structures to maximise impact for members. The successful contractor will benchmark DFI’s work against best practice, consult with staff, member organisations, and key stakeholders, and deliver practical, evidence-based recommendations for future development.

Applicants should demonstrate experience in similar projects, strong analytical and facilitation skills, and a solid understanding of Ireland’s health and social care landscape. Proposals must outline the proposed approach, team, timeline, and budget.

The maximum budget is €5,000 (plus VAT), and the deadline for submissions is Friday, 31 October 2025.
