The health crisis has forced many Organisations to re-think or re-align their overall Organisation strategy to best ensure they remain agile and able to deliver their services.

Employers moved quickly to adapt to restrictions, implementing temporary changes to their staffing, their workplaces as well as their policies and procedures such as remote working.

But where to now for employers?

  • What do employers need to consider and plan for in light of the Government’s planned National Remote Working Strategy?
  • What will the impact for Organisations be with legislating for employees’ ‘Right to Disconnect’?
  • What changes will Organisations need to consider in preparation for a post Covid environment – reorganisation; redundancy; different ways of working….?
  • Are there further HR and employment law changes due this year?

These topics and more will be covered by Derek McKay, Managing Director at Adare Human Resource Management, and Mariana Florea, HR and Employment Law Consultant, who will provide practical advice and insights on the pros, cons and unintended consequences of new ways of working as well as updating on the relevant employment legislation.

The presentation will be delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams and registration can be done
