Session for financial management staff of DFI member organisations

DFI CEO Elaine Teague is convening a meeting of finance managers and colleagues involved in financial management across DFI membership.
Finance teams play a critical role in sustaining services, managing complex funding arrangements and supporting organisational planning. We are keen to create space for peer connection and practical exchange so that colleagues can share experience, strengthen networks and support one another in navigating current financial requirements.
This session will include focused discussion on:
• Financial and reporting requirements linked to Service Arrangements
• Cost and implementation considerations arising from pension auto-enrolment
• Practical administration issues relating to the WRC pay agreement
We hope this forum will support shared problem-solving, highlight common challenges and inform DFI’s ongoing advocacy on financial sustainability across the sector.
