The Department of Social Protection has this month launched a new funding programme WorkAbility; Inclusive Pathways to Employment Programme, which Pobal is administering on their behalf. The aim of the Programme is to ensure people with disabilities are fully supported to find and maintain employment and organisations who employ programme participants are supported to ensure that their employment is successful.  Please see WorkAbility: Inclusive Pathways to Employment Programme - Pobal for further details.

Pobal are now inviting eligible organisations to apply via the MyPobal Portal.

If your organisation is interested in applying, they must nominate a board member or senior staff member to act as a Primary Authorised User to submit an application. The nominated person will need to login to the MyPobal Portal to access and submit an application. Please follow the link to a video outlining the PAU registration process from start to finish:  Primary Authorised User (PAU) Registration Process.

Pobal are hosting an online support event tomorrow, Thursday 17 August from 10.30am – 12.30pm to provide potential applicants with an overview of the WorkAbility: Inclusive Pathways to Employment Programme and the application process. Please follow the link to register attendance: WorkAbility: Inclusive Pathways to Employment Programme: Webinar for Potential Applicants.
