FREE EVENT

This is your opportunity to define and discuss current challenges with your contemporaries, share your opinions and collaborate in defining the best way to be proactive in taking control of change. This open forum will allow us to discover shared views and develop a common understanding of how we can work together to navigate change.

SOLA, part of DFI, in partnership with Crowe Horwath present this workshop aiming to provide a forum to consider what we believe is a level of change within the disability sector that has reached an unprecedented scale and level of complexity. We are fortunate to have Clodagh O’Brien from Crowe Horwath to facilitate and guide this discussion. She has 20 years’ experience working with organisations in the Commercial, Public and Not for Profit sectors.

This workshop will explore and discuss:

  • The key changes you are aware of / experiencing within the disability sector.
  • The impact of these changes on your organisation and services provided.
  • Methods to respond to change and build a successful future for organisations and service users.

Following registration from 10:30am, the session will start at 11.00am and end at 3 pm on Thursday the 6th of April at DFI Head Office, Fumbally Court, Dublin 8. Bookings cancelled within 5 working days of the event will incur a cancellation fee of €25.00.
