Irish Heart Foundation Stroke Awards 2011

As you may know we are running our stroke awards again this year. We are currently seeking nominations in the following categories.

1. Young people’s bravery award

2. Adult Bravery Awards

3. Carer’s Award

4. Boehringer Ingelheim Stroke Champion Award

If there is anyone is your network that you would like to nominate please send them to irish Heart Foundation – they really need some carer’s nominations and know there are plenty of worthy winners out there!
