January 30 2017, 10:43am

The 'Community Day' will take place on Wednesday 22nd February, bettween 10:30am and 4pm, at the small exhibition room, Limerick City and County Council, Merchants Quay, Limerick.

This day aims to bring the Limerick community together to discuss issues that are important to all. Conversations on these issues will be based around each strategic planning committee:

  • Economic Development, Enterprise and Planning
  • Environment
  • Home and Social Development
  • Transport and Travel
  • Community, Leisure and Emergency Services
  • Joint Policing Committee
  • Local Community Development Committee

The committee have been working hard to plan this event which gives members of the public to have their say on important issues. Those attending will also have the opportunity to find out more information about these issues.
