Quality Management

We are still accepting applications for our ‘Quality Management’ QQI Level 8 course which is accredited by the University of Limerick.

This Level 8 course is provided by Continuing & Professional Education (CPE) at the University of Limerick in conjunction with the Disability Federation of Ireland (DFI).

This course was developed in response to the increasing need for accountability, growing demand for evidence of quality in both services and management and the Value for Money (VFM) Report.

“Quality Management: Theories, Standards and Practices for Community and Voluntary Organisations” QQI- Level 8 Module

For whom: The UL accredited module is aimed at those within the community & voluntary sector with a responsibility for governing, delivering service, coordinating activities, or with a role in the administration and management of the organisation.

Course Fee: €500.00 (discounts available – please inquire)

Location: The course will be delivered at 2 Dublin Locations, 7th and 20th October at The Carmelite Centre, Aungier St, Dublin 2 and all other classes will be held at the Disability Federation of Ireland Head Office, Fumbally Lane, Dublin 8.
